You should ensure that your organisation is the owner of the domain name and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the organisation. A notification message will be sent to you upon the request being processed.

Provision is normally completed within 2 business days of receiving the request, depending on the number of domains submitted. Please note that this service is only available for directly connected Optus customers. Requests from non-Optus customers will not be processed.
